Part of label/art collective Meduse Magiq, I couldn’t resist sharing Dutch band Spill Gold who recently played in London. The hypnotic beats are very reminiscent of groups such as The Slits as well as recently departed Sheffield group Blood Sport. The main difference being they are much brighter sounding than the aforementioned groups. This is a band for anyone who likes angular guitars and walls of synths over the top of everything.
